Reading

The First (annual?) Epic Reading, of Homer's Odyssey this year, took place on Tuesday, March 23, 2004. Nearly 50 students and a handful of faculty read from 9:00 am through the day to 9:30 pm. We read from twenty four different English translations from Chapman's translation (1614-15) to Lombardo's (2000). Below are a few pictures of readers throughout the day.
